Leonard Russell - Director of Business Development / Training Coordinator

     Leonard’s experience as a top-flight professional athlete and his practical knowledge set him apart and make him a leader in the field of athletic training. He is a master at evaluating athletes, and in motivating them to exceed their overall training goals.
     7 years as a Personal Trainer for college and professional players.

     Playing Experience - 1991 NFL Rookie of the Year, New England Patriots, Running Back; Arizona State University & Mt. San Antonio College, Running Back

Gary Heron - Director of Performance

A former Strength and Conditioning Coach at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Heron has a Masters degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Education and Sports Studies. Gary is certified both as a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and as a USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance Coach.

He brings an extensive scientific background to the Adrenaline Training System (ATS) and should add a great deal to the speed & agility, strength and team training programs at Adrenaline Athletic Training.

Hillary Belmont – Training Coordinator

A graduate of California Baptist University with a degree in Kinesiology, Belmont has worked as a Sports Perfomance Coach for several years. Belmont, a former collegiate tennis player, was a three-sport athlete at Fresno Christian High School. Belmont, who was a homecoming queen, was named her high school's Female Athlete of the Year.

Belmont said her joy in training comes from watching young athletes improve. She believes strongly that practice DOES NOT make Perfect. Practice makes Permanent. She adds that if you want to be perfect, practice perfect!

Brian Rios- Baseball Instructor

Brian played professional baseball for 14 years, 7 in the Detroit Tigers organization, reaching the AAA level twice. Brian was most recently a player/coach for the Victoria Seals in the Golden League, and has also played in the Domincan Republic, Columbia and MLB Mexico. He has 3 Gold Glove awards, was a AAA All-Star, and led the entire Detroit Tigers organization in hitting in 2001 with a .325 average. Brian has been around Hall-of-Fame players and great coaches who have showed him the way, and now he wants to teach you.
Brian attended Corona High School, Riverside Community College, University of Oklahoma and Oral Roberts University.

Bryan Kennedy - Baseball Instructor

Bryan is a former professional baseball player, and brother of St. Louis Cardinals second baseman, Adam Kennedy. This Riverside native will get your swing in the groove and make your batting average soar.

Keira Goerl – Softball Instructor

Keira is one of the most decorated softball pitchers in NCAA Division 1 history. She was a 4-time All-American at UCLA where she won two NCAA Division 1 titles. She was named 2003 Women's College World Series Most Outstanding Player. She also played professionally in Japan for two years. Keira played high school softball at Moreno Valley Valley View High School.

Austin Browne - Certified Nutrition Specialist

Austin is the owner of Max Muscle Nutrition in Riverside. He is our resident nutritional specialist and provides consultation for supplements and specialized meal plans. We Practice What We Preach.
