FREE YOGA CLASS

Hello! My name is Karla Adams, one of the
leading Personal Trainers in the Inland Empire. I want to lead you in a
new lifestyle program fit for your individual goal.
I've teamed up with Adrenaline Athletic Training to
integrate my uniquely effective personal training methods with the
Adrenaline Training System, bringing members more workout options.
Saturday, January 24th is YOGA DAY USA. Join us for
a FREE Yoga class. If you like it, come back every Saturday
from 8:00-9:30 am or Tuesdays at 5 p.m. for our all-levels yoga class.
Whether you've never stepped foot on a yoga mat, or you've
been doing down dog for decades, this class will offer you all the
benefits of muscle toning, stress reduction, stretching and more! Let's
get together to stretch mind, body, and spirit through the practice of
yoga. We will meet on the basketball court.
Our class is taught by Mod Amaya, yoga instructor and
dedicated student of Anusara Yoga. Having already completed teacher
training, she is still on the intensive, often years-long path to
attaining Anusara Yoga teacher certification. Mod's classes follow this
hatha system and its principles of alignment. She teaches in a
playful style and encourages her students to maintain proper posture
while challenging themselves in a safe manner.

Tips for Beginners
|

* Wear comfortable clothing that will allow for free
movement.
* Try not to eat up to 2 hours prior to class (do what you can!).
* Do not wear perfume or cologne.
* Be prepared to take off your shoes and socks - yoga is done in
bare feet.
* Bring a sweat towel and water bottle if you like.
* If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it. However,
we have mats available for use.
