January
Athlete of the Month
|
|
Although
he doesn't always stand out, reserved Riverside Poly sophomore Wally
Rawleigh is a standout while training for his first varsity football
season.
Rawleigh, 15, has made a habit of his training regimen,
attending 19 Varsity classes during the month of January. On a mission
to bulk up, he's really taken to the strength training portion of the
Adrenaline's Varsity program. In particular, Wally has improved his
Olympic and big movement lifts.
"He's got fantastic form," said Performance
Director Gary Heron. "He's very consistent. He's a quiet kid but
he's not shy about taking that extra rep or set."
Most of all, Heron said he loves Wally's dedication.
"He's the type of kid you have to tell to take a day off,"
said Heron.
The Adrenaline Athletic Training staff would like to
congratulate Wally Rawleigh on his Athlete-of-the-Month honor. Thank
you for your COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION to taking you game to the NEXT
level.
