What Pros say about Adrenaline

"This place is a lot like being a pro. You get the same equipment and training any professional expects. My son came here with his baseball team and he's seen tremendous improvement from the training he received. I recommend it to any young, aspiring athlete."

"Spike Rating" combine coming in April

Do you want to know your "Spike Rating?"
Adrenaline Athletic Training will be conducting a combine on April 12 to give athletes a chance to learn how their overall athleticism rates against their peers.
The "Spike Rating" is a cumulative score representing your overall athleticism. Created to capture the key aspects of athleticism, the "Spike Rating" is comprised of a series of tests that represent your overall speed, quickness and explosiveness.
If you're interested, stay tuned more details to come.

"Top 5" List announced

Rancho Verde freshman Emil Smith's electronically-timed 4.55 40-yard dash, best among all Adrenaline Athletic Training members, highlights the latest "Top Five" list.

Smith, tied for third in the vertical jump with a 34-inch leap, is one of three "Top Five" athletes to place in multiple categories.

Adrenaline Athletic Training's "Top 5" is a list of the best results from performance testing. All athletes should be tested before participating in the Adrenaline Training System. Follow up testing should occur every six weeks for all active training members.

Elite athlete and Adrenaline Assistant Trainer Kyle Thomas tops the list in the 20-yard shuttle with a 4.16-second time. Thomas is just .02 seconds faster than Blair Moore (4.18).

David Ortega, who trained at Adrenaline last summer, is still among the "Top 5" in several categories, including the long jump where his 118-inch leap is tops among Adrenaline's athletes.

"Testing is an important factor in the growth of any athlete. Don't forget to get signed up for testing every 6 weeks."

Helping Save Lives

The staff at Adrenaline Athletic Training did their part to promote the American Heart Association's American Heart Month.
The Adrenaline staff partnered with CPR2U to make FREE cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes available to our members.
On Friday, February 29, some members and parents showed up to receive training on the proper way to aid when CPR is need during an emergency.
With more CPR training and early access to an AED, the American Heart Association estimates we could save as many as 50,000 lives every year.
Thanks to all who attended. We hope you never have to use your CPR training. But, if you do, you're now prepared.

Beckley brothers are January Athletes of the Month
Aaron and Chad Beckley were named Adrenaline Athletic Training's Athletes of the Month for January.
Aaron, who turned 16 on March 7, and Chad, 14, play baseball at Redlands East Valley High School. Aaron, a sophomore, made the Wildcats varsity team as an outfielder. Chad, a freshman, also plays at REV. Aaron and Chad have been members at Adrenaline since August 2007.

"Aaron's a natural in the gym, he picks up new lifts and techniques quickly," Performance Director Chad Christensen said. "The Beckleys are both hard workers, taking advantage of all that Adrenaline has to offer. Congratulation to both for taking their game to the next level."
