Varsity Performance Training
Grades: 7th – 12th

The Varsity Training Program is designed for the middle and high school aged athletes, seeking to maximize their sports performance.

The program utilizes a combination of speed, acceleration, and agility drills coupled with power and strength exercises in a structured and controlled environment. The additional implementation of functional movement and injury prevention exercises rounds out the program, making it the ideal training regimen for any serious athlete.

As in all Adrenaline programs, a dynamic warm-up initiates the training session, which is followed by sport specific movement training in one of the three categories: velocity, acceleration or agility. The session continues with a comprehensive strength training routine incorporating power exercises, plyometrics, and total body strength movements. The class concludes with core development and a flexibility routine.

Throughout the athlete’s training duration at Adrenaline, a performance evaluation is conducted at regular intervals to ensure progress. The Adrenaline Varsity Performance Training athlete is fully prepared physically and mentally to perform at their absolute best and often stands out above the rest.
