Basketball Training

At Adrenaline Athletic Training we will make you ready for basketball!

Clifton Baker graduated with his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from La Sierra University. While there he was a graduate assistant from 2010-2012 for the women's basketball team. Prior to that, he was a CIF coach for 5 years & assistant athletic counselor for 2 years within the Pomona Unified School District. Clifton played at San Gabriel Academy where in his junior and senior season, led his team in assists & steals and was co-captain his senior year as they went undefeated in league. Later, going on to play at Citrus Community College & Oakwood College.

The Basketball Program is designed to educate and develop the skills necessary for all levels of play and for all positions on the floor - Point Guards, Swingmen and Post Players. The training curriculum includes the following skill development: Effective dribbling, ball handling and passing, shooting off of moves, rebounding, setting screens and defensive footwork. 

The classes are open to both boys and girls and are designed for two levels - Youth (3rd – 6th grade) and Varsity (7th grade and up). The Basketball Skills Training classes are offered year round (see Training Schedule for details).

Team and Private training are also available.
